TRADING HOURS &
ROLLOVER

Trading hours & rollover

XMTrading’s trading hours adjust seasonally to support global markets. Because trading and price feed times vary by instrument, check them before trading to ensure a smooth and confident experience.

Time zone and trading hours

gmt

XM currently operates on the daylight saving time (GMT+3).

XMTrading's trading hours switch seasonally between standard time (GMT+2) and daylight saving time (GMT+3). Daylight saving periods vary by region: in the United States, they run from the second Sunday in March to the first Sunday in November, while in Europe, they run from the last Sunday in March to the last Sunday in October. In Southern Hemisphere regions such as Australia, the period typically spans from September to April. Special attention is required, as trading hours may shift one hour earlier during daylight saving time in many markets.

On XM, the platform’s display time automatically adjusts between standard time and daylight saving time, allowing you to track accurate trading hours without any manual intervention. The rollover time, when swap points are applied to overnight positions, remains fixed regardless of the time setting.
